Makes 2 cups
Ingredients
2 Cups hazelnuts
1/3 Cup raw cacao
¼ Cup Honey
2 Tbsp Almond Milk or Water
pinch of sea salt
Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend till smooth. Add more Almond milk or water to get desired texture.

Ingredients
Seasonings
3 Tbps Roasted Sesame Seeds or neri-goma(sesame paste)
1½ Tbsp Mirin
1½ Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Cooking Sake
Bundle of Spinach
Directions
Seasoning
1.Grind Sesame Seeds in a food processor into a paste (skip this step if using neri-goma)
2.Heat Sake in a pan until it begins to evaporate, then add mirin and take the pan off the heat
3. Combine mixture from pan, soy sauce and sesame paste into a bowl. Mix well
Blanch the spinach by boiling it and then quickly rinsing it with cold water. Drain water and squeeze out any excess in the spinach. Pour Seasoning over Spinach and Serve!
Carrot, Celery, Grapefruit Juice
Carrot, Celery, Grapefruit Juice
Makes 2 Cups of Juice
Ingredients:
8 Carrots
4 Sticks of Celery
½ Grapefruit
Slice of Ginger
Directions
1.Peel the grapefruit before placing in juicer
2.Place all ingredients above in Juicer
3. Stir and serve with some ice cubes

Ingredients
½ a Avocado
1 Frozen Banana
1 ½ Cup Almond Milk
Place all ingredients in a blender with a few cubes of ice, blend and serve.
Summer Refresher - Raspberry Lemonade
Raspberry Lemonade
Makes 2 Cups
Ingredients
½ Cup of Frozen Raspberries
1 Lemon
1 tsp agave syrup (or sugar)
1 ½ Cups Water
Directions
1. Cut Lemon in half
2. Cut one half into slices and squeeze the juice from the other half into a glass
3. Place all ingredients into a large glass with ice, stir and enjoy!

3 Cups of Cut Watermelon

Ingredients:
3tbsp Chia Seeds
1tbsp Hemp seeds
1 Cup Almond Milk (Homemade Almond Milk Recipe)
1/4Cup Cut Almonds
1/3Cup Blueberries
Directions:
1.Combine Chia Seeds, Hemp Seeds and Almond Milk and let it soak for 15mins until the mixture becomes a pudding texture
2. Toss in Blueberries and Almonds and EAT!
