Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes

Serves 12

Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups cane sugar
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

¾ cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions
1.Preheat Oven to 350F
2.Dry Bowl: Shift Flour, Cocoa Powder, baking soda and salt into bowl
2.Wet Bowl:Combine oil, vinegar and vanilla into bowl
3.Combine Wet Bowl with Dry and Mix
4.Fill Cupcake tins till ¾ full
5.Bake for 20mins or till tooth pick comes out clean
