Strawberry Coconut Immunity Booster Smoothie
Strawberry, coconut, oh my! This smoothie has to be one of my favorites because I can drink it any time. For breakfast, as a quick snack, or even for dessert. It’s so tasty and it’s also packed full of nutrients! I personally love the flavour that coconut adds, which also gives a healthy dose of fiber, healthy fats, and minerals.
This smoothie makes for the perfect immune booster! The fatty acids from the coconuts and vitamin C from the strawberries form an awesome duo to help combat viruses and boost our immune system. I also love adding Sisu Ester-C® Energy Boost for an extra shot of vitamins that really gets my energy levels charged up. Ester-C® is another one of my go to additions. It’s a unique and patented form of Calcium Ascorbate that is gentler and less acidic than regular vitamin C. It’s chock-full of vitamin C, electrolytes, and other minerals like B vitamins, calcium, and magnesium. Blended together, this amazing concoction is incredible for rehydration and getting your body all its essential vitamins ;)
Strawberry Coconut Immunity Booster Smoothie
[Serves 2]
Ingredients:
1 Packet - Sisu Ester-C® Piña Colada Energy Boost
1 Cup - Frozen Strawberries
1/2 Cup - Frozen Banana
1 Cup - Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Coconut Meat or 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Vanilla Bean or a dash or Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon Dried Rose
1/2 teaspoon Bee Pollen
1/2 teaspoon Coconut Flakes
Directions:
- Blend the first 6 ingredients until smooth.
- Top it off with bee pollen, rose petals, and coconut flakes.
