Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice that uses long, deep stretching to enhance joint mobility and flexibility. The purpose of this class is to release tension, improve mobility, and encourage recovery. Drop in for some much deserved relaxation, and there might even be some savasana massages ;)
No previous experience needed. All levels class.
